During my recent stay at Hotel Taverna, I was pleasantly surprised by the culinary experience offered at the in-house restaurant. The ambiance was inviting, setting a perfect backdrop for my dining journey. I particularly enjoyed the homemade Italian dishes, which showcased a commendable use of fresh, local ingredients. The pizza, crafted with care, was a delightful nod to authentic Italian gastronomy and stood out as a highlight of my meal. Although breakfast could have expanded its offerings for the 15 francs charged, the buffet had a commendable selection from which to choose. After a day filled with exploring the area-only ten minutes from the vibrant city center-returning to the hotel for dinner was always appealing. Parking was conveniently located beside the hotel entrance, making access easy after a day of travel. For those seeking a culinary getaway intertwined with local flavors, Taverna presents an interesting option, appealing not only to food enthusiasts but also to anyone keen on embracing local cuisine.
